About Trish

Trish W. is an experienced advisor, lecturer, learning designer, facilitator, consultant/coach, working to support learning experiences. Most recently, she has been presenting workshops on self-care practices, teaching observations, teaching with AI, feedback delivery methods, engagement strategies, technology in the classroom, and the experiences of marginalized faculty. As a lecturer, she served as a member of committees and a grant team, redesigning the curriculum of a writing program in addition to facilitating faculty ongoing development. And drawing on her experience in higher education and passion for development, Trish continues to work with various stakeholders to address challenges that impact learning. Her experience has led to creating meaningful solutions in organizational, professional, and personal development, with great consideration for the experiences of marginalized people. Trish has worked with a variety of institutions and has recognized the importance of personal and professional development in changing organizational outcomes.
